Museums can help you learn more about a wide variety of topics, including art, science, and history, while also giving you the chance to snap some great photos. Even if a museum normally doesn’t allow pics, some make an exception for Museum Selfie Day, observed on the third Wednesday in January.     You might have to caution your kids not to touch exhibits at many museums, but the Long Island Emporium Children’s Museum of Science & Engineering provides the opposite experience.
