Marianne Dugan
Vice President, Brokerage Services
A member of the leadership team for operations in the real estate firm’s Melville office, Dugan is responsible for landlord and tenant representation, property dispositions and client development. As a landlord representative, Dugan handles more than 1 million square feet of assignments, working directly with institutional, entrepreneurial and corporate owners. As a tenant representative, she handles strategic planning and negotiation on behalf of national clients, including United Healthcare, MetLife and Bank of America. Dugan joined Jones Lang LaSalle in 2010 from CB Richard Ellis, where she was a senior associate.
Amanda Gorozdi
Senior Associate
Gorozdi, who joined the real estate firm’s Melville office last August, represents both tenants and landlords in the execution of strategic real estate initiatives. Since getting her start in the industry three years ago, Gorozdi has been involved in both local and national commercial real estate assignments totaling over 2 million square feet. Her assignments have included lease acquisitions and dispositions, early renewals, purchases and sales of office, retail and industrial properties. She was recently appointed an associate board member of the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society of Long Island.
Christopher M. LeHanka
Senior Associate
Promoted last year to senior associate, LeHanka works in the Woodbury firm’s wastewater collection and treatment division. During his 13-year career, LeHanka has served as project manager/project engineer for various wastewater and environmental engineering projects. His management assignments have included a $44 million project for the Great Neck Water Pollution Control District as well as risk assessment evaluations for New York City Department of Environmental Protection wastewater pumping stations. His experience extends to project planning, design, technical engineering reviews, development of contract documents for municipal bidding and construction management.
Gary Rozmus
Senior Environmental Consultant
The Huntington Station firm recently welcomed Rozmus, a professional engineer with expertise in corporate brownfield redevelopments and transit and rail environmental services. Prior to joining GEI, Rozmus was a vice president and officer at Gannett Fleming. He has directed and provided senior project management services for New York City and Long Island municipal offices as well as project direction and management support for the Long Island Rail Road and other transit clients. He holds a master’s degree in civil engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of New York.
Ellen S. Rudin
Senior Managing Director
Rudin is responsible for the strategic planning and day-to-day management of the commercial real estate firm’s Woodbury office and operations in the outer boroughs of New York City. She oversees office, industrial and retail sales and leasing, global corporate services, investment sales, asset management, property management and valuation and advisory services. Prior to this role, Rudin, an attorney, served as senior counsel for CBRE’s tri-state legal team, after holding management positions at other firms in the region. In 2009 and 2012, she earned the CB Richard Ellis President’s Performance Award.
Christopher M. Schwarz
Corporate Vice President
Schwarz, a professional engineer and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design accredited professional, was recently promoted by the Ronkonkoma engineering, architectural and environmental services firm that he joined 15 years ago. Experienced in both project design and project implementation, Schwarz has extensive knowledge of building systems that was gained in part from his years as an HVAC/plumbing systems installation and service technician. Along with his duties as corporate vice president, Schwarz continues to manage FPM Group’s facilities department while working on projects as a senior engineer.
