OneKey MLS has announced a “strategic partnership” with Sidekick, an artificial intelligence platform designed to assist real estate brokers and sales agents.
The collaboration introduces Sidekick’s Real Estate Assistant and its datasets and workflow tools to the more than 45,000 OneKey members on Long Island and throughout the New York metropolitan area, according to a OneKey MLS statement.
Launched in Nov. 2023, Sidekick is an offshoot of San Francisco-based real estate technology company Avenue 8. The platform offers real-time market and property data analysis, comparative market analysis (CMA) presentations and a comprehensive array of productivity tools.
The Sidekick partnership with OneKey MLS follows other collaborations with the San Francisco Association of Realtors, Miami Realtors, BeachesMLS, and The MLS in Greater Los Angeles, according to the statement.
“We are thrilled to join forces with OneKey MLS to support the way their members leverage AI to conduct and grow their businesses” Michael Martin, co-founder and co-CEO of Sidekick, said in the statement. “Expanding Sidekick’s customer base to New York is a moment we’ve been excited about since we first started building the product.”
What does the Sidekick AI Real Estate Assistant cost? In an emailed response, a OneKey MLS spokesperson wouldn’t say, but instead replied that it is being offered as a premium product. “This new partnership allows for a direct relationship between our members and the vendor. OneKey MLS subscribers will benefit from the discounted pricing available on Sidekick products they choose to purchase.”
According to a June press release from the company, a Sidekick subscription costs agents $25 a month, however, it’s not clear whether that price applies to OneKey MLS members.
Sidekick says its platform allows agents to “easily generate detailed, personalized market and property reports, develop customized marketing strategies and content, and automate client communications and task management.” It also includes MLS property listing searches, the development and interpretation of spreadsheets, and the generation of listing descriptions from photos, among other features.
“Our mission is to empower our real estate professionals to achieve greater success in their business endeavors,” Richard Haggerty, CEO of OneKey MLS, said in the statement. “By partnering with Sidekick, we are equipping our members with the most advanced AI tools available, enabling them to work smarter, faster and more efficiently. This collaboration is a testament to our commitment to innovation and excellence in the real estate industry.”
