- Four Wheel Feastival – 175 W. Shore Road, Port Washington, NY
Great food, fun rides, and live music will be on hand at North Hempstead Beach Park on August 10 for a celebration of all things on four wheels. Plenty of food trucks will be at Four Wheel Feastival, so you can enjoy everything from savory barbecue to sweet treats. With activities like rock climbing, paintball, and kayaking, you’re sure to work up an appetite. Parking is free, and tickets are available online. Head over to the Cradle of Aviation Museum on Saturday, August 24 for a day full of food, art, and shopping. This family-friendly event offers indoor restrooms, indoor and outdoor seating, and a large field where kids can play. - Twilight Thursdays – 45470 Main Road, Southold, NY
Food trucks and live music are the perfect pair, and you can experience both at Twilight Thursdays. This outdoor event takes place every Thursday evening from 5 to 9 p.m. at Corey Creek Tap Room. Enjoy a nice selection of small-batch wines and enjoy a variety of local foods on a spacious farmland. - Park After Dark – Park Boulevard & Front Street, Massapequa Park, NY
One of the best Long Island community events of the summer, Park After Dark features a food truck rodeo that offers something for everyone. The streets of Massapequa Park shut down for this event, so you can take a leisurely stroll through the community while shopping and trying new cuisine. Local artists will perform on four stages. The event takes place August 21 from 5 to 9 p.m., and admission is free.
