The Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office has appointed 20 new assistant district attorneys to its team.

Now, the ADAs are slated for an intensive multiweek training program, which is taught by members of the Appeals and Training Bureau before they begin their tenure in Suffolk’s First District Court, where they will prosecute misdemeanor crimes and gain investigative and trial experience.

“It is always an honor to see such a talented group of law school graduates eager to dedicate themselves to a career in public service,” Suffolk DA Ray Tierney said, welcoming the new class of ADAs.

Graduates of Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center include Samantha Bouchard, Megan Gallagher, Ashley Hartland, Drew Levine and Anthony Ranieri.

Those who graduated Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University include Karson Goggans, Allan Gremli, Keith O’Brien and Rebecca Zerbo.

Graduates of St. John’s University School of Law include Karissa Dymond, Robert Hitscherich and Darren Nieves.

Graduates of Fordham University School of Law include Carl Capasso and Michael Mehary. Those who graduated Brooklyn Law School include Matthew Barden and Joanna Chalifoux. Hailing from Quinnipiac University School of Law is Theresa Blangiforti.

Hailing from University of New Hampshire-Franklin Pierce School of Law is Aidan Mulderrig, from George Mason University Antonin Scalia Law School is Michael Nadeau, and from Lincoln Memorial University Duncan School of Law is Alyssa Rosenzweig.
