John Bransfield III

Recently promoted from vice president of sales, Bransfield has been with the Melville title company since 2007. Focusing on commercial transactions in Long Island and New York City, he has played an instrumental role in the firm’s business development and client management efforts. Active in several industry and charitable organizations, Bransfield is a 2013 graduate of the Energeia Partnership at Molloy College, a stewardship program addressing regional issues. He was also a recent honoree at the Townwide Fund of Huntington’s Red Tie Dinner.

Ralph Csogi

A professional engineer, Csogi recently took the helm of the Babylon engineering and construction services firm where he has held a variety of management posts over the past 30 years. During his tenure, Csogi has played a significant role in the firm’s expansion into construction management and the inspection of long-span structures and suspension bridges. He has led some of the largest public works construction projects in the nation, including the recent $2.5 billion New Jersey Turnpike exits 6 to 9 widening project and projects on every major suspension bridge in the New York area.

Mark Gallucci

Gallucci is a newcomer to the Garden City retail brokerage firm, where he applies his thorough knowledge of the Queens retail market. He most recently worked in Queens as director of retail leasing for Massey Knakal Retail Leasing Services. Since 2012, he focused on landlord representation and spearheaded leasing efforts for more than 100,000 square feet across the borough’s diverse neighborhoods. Previously, he was a senior leasing associate at NewMark Merrill Cos. in Los Angeles, where he handled leasing responsibilities for 15 shopping centers.

Thomas McCambridge

McCambridge, who joined the Garden City-based real estate firm in 2007, handles marketing and leasing for its Long Island commercial properties. He brought to the role more than 20 years of diverse real estate management, operations and marketing experience. Just prior to coming aboard, he was director of real estate for Bethpage-based Cablevision System Corp.’s business telecommunications services unit. He also served as vice president/director of corporate real estate for American Home Mortgage Corp., formerly of Melville, and vice president of commercial leasing for RFR Realty in Manhattan.

Michael Schor

Promoted earlier this year by the Garden City real estate investment firm, Schor has nearly two decades of experience in real estate financing, structuring, leasing, underwriting and investing. He has helped Treeline complete more than $250 million in recent financing and acquisitions and, during his tenure with the firm, has been involved in nearly 1,000 lease transactions. He holds a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and worked as an associate attorney for Manhattan law firm Weil Gotshal & Manges before joining Treeline.

 

Jessica Soskil

Project Coordinator

H2M engineers + architects

Soskil was recently promoted to project coordinator in H2M’s architecture group. She joined H2M as a full-time architect shortly after interning for the Melville multidisciplinary firm eight years ago. In her new role, she facilitates new public projects by preparing and coordinating preliminary design and construction documents. She also participates in material research and selection and assists with shop drawing review, construction administration and all other phases of project management. She is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design accredited professional.
